TidyUp ATL – Professional Cleaning Services
Effective Date: July 13, 2025

This Legal Notice outlines the terms and conditions that apply to all cleaning services provided by TidyUp ATL, hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider."

1. Service Guarantee

TidyUp ATL aims to provide professional and satisfactory cleaning services. If a client is unsatisfied with the quality of service, a request for re-cleaning must be made within 24 hours of service delivery.

2. Property Access

The client is responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed-upon time. A $25 fee will be charged for any lockouts or missed appointments.

3. Cancellations & Deposits

A $25 deposit is required to confirm any booking. Deposits are non-refundable if the service is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

4. Damage & Liability

TidyUp ATL takes all reasonable precautions while working. However, the company is not liable for pre-existing damages or for items not properly secured. Clients are encouraged to point out fragile or high-value items.

5. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a property is found to be unsafe, unsanitary beyond expectation, or if there is harassment, abuse, or unreasonable demands made on staff.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid balances over 7 days may incur a $15 late fee per week.

7. Pricing & Additional Fees

Rates are based on square footage and type of cleaning. Additional fees may apply for:

Deep Cleaning: +$200

Eco-Friendly Products: +$20

Hoarder or Excessive Debris Conditions: Estimate required

Laundry: $10 per load

Comforters/Bedding: Starting at $30

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

9. Amendments

TidyUp ATL reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice at any time. Updates will be posted on the company website or sent via email.
